A Labour Hire Company That Actually Shows Up

Bluestone Labour Group was founded on a simple observation: too many labour hire providers are unreliable. Workers do not show up, qualifications are not checked, compliance is treated as an afterthought, and clients are left scrambling.

We built Bluestone to do it differently. Every worker we place is vetted, qualified, and ready. Every compliance obligation is met before anyone steps on site. Every client gets a straight answer and a crew they can count on.

Based in Melbourne, we service civil construction, traffic management, and industrial projects across the city. Whether you need two labourers for tomorrow or a full crew for next month, we deliver.

Reliability Above All

When we say a worker will be on site at 6am, they will be on site at 6am. We understand that a no-show costs you money, delays your project, and damages your reputation with your own clients.

Compliance Without Shortcuts

Every worker is checked before placement. White cards, ABN verification, public liability, police checks, right to work. No exceptions, no excuses, no retrospective paperwork.

Fair Treatment for Workers

Workers are people, not commodities. We pay correctly under the relevant Award, we communicate clearly about every placement, and we genuinely care about the safety and wellbeing of everyone we send to site.

Straight Talking

If we cannot fill your order, we will tell you immediately so you can make other arrangements. If a worker is not the right fit, we will address it the same day. No runaround, no empty promises.

Licensed, Insured and Compliant

We hold Victorian Labour Hire Licence VICLHL11535, granted by the Labour Hire Authority, with all other registrations in place.

Victorian Labour Hire Licence

Licence VICLHL11535, granted by the Labour Hire Authority under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic). Current and active.

WorkSafe Victoria

Registered employer with WorkSafe Victoria. WorkCover insurance is in place for all casual employees before their first shift.

Fair Work Compliant

All casual employees are engaged under the relevant Modern Award with correct pay rates, casual loading, superannuation, and entitlements.

Fully Insured

$20 million public liability insurance and professional indemnity coverage. All contractors must hold their own $5 million PL minimum.

CoINVEST Registered

Registered with CoINVEST for portable long service leave. Quarterly contributions made for all construction industry workers as required.

STP Phase 2

Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 reporting to the ATO on every pay run via Xero. Real time compliance with all payroll reporting obligations.
