A curfew free airport means freight sites that run around the clock, and night shift is where reliability breaks first. When you book, tell us the start and finish times and whether the roster is fixed or rotating. We recruit for that shift rather than asking day workers to cover it, and we only put forward people who can reliably get to your site for the start time.

Every worker is a casual employee on our payroll, engaged under the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 at the grade that matches the duties. We pay the wages, superannuation and WorkCover, and you receive one weekly invoice built from the timesheets your supervisor approves. Right to work is checked and High Risk Work Licences are sighted before anyone is offered to you.

Airside access and security clearances are a different matter, and we will not promise them from a general pool. If the role needs an Aviation Security Identification Card, tell us at the start and we will say plainly whether we can help. Give us as much notice as you can for a whole night shift or for licensed roles. There is no sign up fee and no lock in contract.
